What swimming does for the body…
Swimming exercises your entire body at one time. It is an excellent way to get in a good cardio workout without putting the unnecessary strain on your joints. There is little risk for injury, and swimming can enhance your strength, endurance, flexibility, and confidence. Beyond that it is a GREAT activity for all ages!

Personal swimming sessions are available for everyone. Maybe you aren’t comfortable in a group, well we have you covered. We will help every client individually succeed at making MIRACLES in the water!

Group swimming allows our clients to see that everyone and anyone can always learn how to create miracles in the water. Seeing others do what you are learning helps build confidence and eliminate fears.

Themes: Water Fun, Basketball, Flag Football, Kickball, Baseball, Soccer, Tea, Make-up, and Dress Up

How It Works
ALL-AROUND ATHLETE will come to your establishment on a weekly basis for six weeks. We will offer a different form of physical activity at each session. If this program is of interest to you, please send us an email!
